  • What days are you available for cleaning?
    Our regular business hours are Monday-Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We may also accommodate special booking requests on occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly should your cleaning needs vary.
  • What do I need to provide?
    Simply, nothing! We provide all cleaning products and tools including mops, vacuums and cleaning cloths. Relax and let us take over.
  • How do I book my cleaning?
    Simply use your preferred contact method to get in touch with us directly. You may use our quotation form, reach out via what's app/telephone, email, Facebook or Instagram inorder to get on our schedule. Please note we do not answer calls while on task/ in house unless an absolute emergency. Please leave us a message via voicemail or text if unavailable and we will get back to you ASAP!
  • How do I pay?
    We accept interac e-transfer and credit/debit card online payments. Payments are to be made in full upon arrival.
  • What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning?
    Although dissatisfied customers are few and far between and most definitely not what we aspire to, we do acknowledge that sometimes we may encounter some issues, for lack of better word. In the event that we have not met expectations, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will discuss your concerns and remedy the situation promptly. We appreciate all customer feedback.
